Elementary Dismissal

Greetings,

I want to begin by thanking you for your cooperation as we implemented our new parent pick-up system. I recognize that today’s pick-up line moved WAY too slowly, resulting in longer-than-expected wait times for our families, and this is simply not acceptable. Please know that I have already met with the team to review the process and will be making adjustments moving forward. I will continue to monitor how the system is working and make any necessary adjustments. 

Couple things you can do on your end to help us expedite the process: 

If your student’s pick-up plans change, please notify both the teacher and the office by 1:30 p.m.

Have your number tag clearly visible for supervisors during pick-up.

Make sure your student’s tag is attached to their backpack. If you’ve lost it, no worries, let us know, and we’ll provide a new one for tomorrow.
