Elementary School Important Reminders: Morning Drop-Off & Student Electronics

Dear WCS Families,

Please take a moment to review these important reminders to help keep our students safe and focused during the school day:

Morning Drop-Off:

Door 12 is the only designated “Kiss and Go” location for car drop-off.

If using Door 5, you must park and walk your student(s) to the door. Cars may not stop or unload students in the traffic lane at Door 5.

These expectations are in place to keep traffic moving safely and prevent congestion in our crosswalk areas.

Electronics at School:

All phones and smartwatches must remain in lockers during the day.

The best practice is to leave electronic devices at home.

If you need to contact your child, please call the elementary office at 847-532-7800, and we will relay the message.
