Middle School iReady Principal Incentive

iReady Principal Incentive: We are excited to share that the Spring iReady Popcorn Incentive has arrived! As we move into the spring, we are continuing our iReady practice incentives. iReady practice is essential, even for our MS students. It focuses on grade-level learning targets and provides students with the practice they need to build mastery in ELA and Math. Each grade level will be participating in a principal-led iReady incentive. Below is how the incentive works at each level: Middle School Incentive: ● Middle school incentives are earned by class, based on middle school criteria, which include minutes completed and passing percentage. ● Each class that achieves the incentive will receive an envelope containing popcorn tickets. ● Tickets will be distributed by the student’s ELA or Math teacher. ● Envelopes will be placed in the respective teacher mailboxes prior to popcorn day, and teachers will ensure that each eligible student receives their ticket before their lunch period. In addition, to celebrate the effort and commitment of all our students, we will host a Kona Ice celebration on May 15. Students that reach their typical growth target in EITHER ELA or Math will receive Kona Ice at lunch on May 15. Ask your student what their typical growth target is!
