MS College and Career Readiness Department

We have an exciting announcement from the College and Career Readiness Department.  Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 6th, because Jacobs High School is hosting the annual Pathway and Career Fair!   This amazing opportunity is open to all D300 students in 6th- through 12th-grade.   The evening kicks off with important college and career readiness breakout sessions starting at 5:30pm which will run every 30 minutes until 8:00pm.  The main career fair will be open from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.  You will need to know or have your student ID number ready to enter the fair, so please come prepared.  We expect over 75 community organizations, local employers, and technical training programs to be in attendance.  This is your chance to ask questions and explore various career fields.  You will also find dedicated school counselors and representatives from many of D300’s Pathway Programs and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs of study.  This November our department theme is #d300MyFutureMyPlan.  Take charge of your future by setting your own goals and creating a plan that leads you to future success.
