Parent Teacher Conferences

Greetings!

It is almost time for Parent Teacher conferences. In order to make the process as smooth as possible, we wanted to provide you with the following information:

Conferences Dates & Times: 

Monday, November 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday, November 25 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Conference Scheduling Window: The window for parents/guardians to schedule conferences opens at 10AM on November 7 and closes at Noon on November 21.  Please note that you will not be able to access the parent login until it opens on November 7th.

Conference Scheduling Link for Elementary

Elementary conferences are scheduled for 20 minutes.

Conference Scheduling Link for Middle

Middle conferences are scheduled for 10 minutes.

PTC Wizard Login Information: Your username and password for PTCWizard is your PowerSchool Parent Portal username (all lowercase). You may refer to the PTC Parent Guide if you need assistance.

Forgotten Username/Password or Support: If you do not know your PowerSchool Parent Portal username, need a password reset, or need general support, please contact Joan Holub at joan.holub@d300.org or Raven Szalkowski at raven.szalkowski@d300.org. You can also call our main office (847) 532-7800.

Support for Scheduling: If you experience issues with PTC Wizard, please call the school directly for assistance or manual scheduling of conferences.
