The Greater Family Health Dental Clinic

Westfield Families, The Greater Family Health Dental Clinic is returning to Westfield December 2nd and 3rd, 2025.  This is a FREE service open to all Westfield students.  The services offered include an exam, cleaning, and sealants,  Anyone interested can pick up a form in the elementary or middle school office.  Please complete the form, and return it to the school office.  Contact Nurse Deb or Nurse Kelly with any questions at (847)532-7800
